A PEEK AT WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Implement care plans to improve patients' physical abilities, following the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
- Conduct follow‑up visits and administer manual and non‑manual therapeutic exercises.
- Assist patients in using assistive devices such as crutches, canes, and prosthetics.
- Instruct patients on wellness and health maintenance, promoting an understanding of therapeutic regimens.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection‑control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Travel to patients' homes as needed, driving is required for this position.
- Master's degree in physical therapy.
- Minimum of one year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.
- Active state license to practice as a physical therapist assistant, in compliance with professional standards.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various locations.
