A PEEK AT WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Implement care plans to improve patients' physical abilities, following the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
  • Conduct follow‑up visits and administer manual and non‑manual therapeutic exercises.
  • Assist patients in using assistive devices such as crutches, canes, and prosthetics.
  • Instruct patients on wellness and health maintenance, promoting an understanding of therapeutic regimens.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection‑control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Travel to patients' homes as needed, driving is required for this position.
THIS IS WHAT WE REQUIRE:
  • Master's degree in physical therapy.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.
  • Active state license to practice as a physical therapist assistant, in compliance with professional standards.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various locations.
