We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as Clinical Director.

Position Summary

The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight across all ABA services. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical excellence, supervising clinical staff, supporting professional development, and ensuring services align with best practices and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs in accordance with industry best practices

  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs

  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to create and monitor individualized treatment plans

  • Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor client progress

  • Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards

  • Stay current with ABA research and integrate evidence-based strategies into clinical services

Required Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification

  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities

  • Proven leadership and management experience

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated strengths in:

    • Leadership and strategic thinking

    • Coaching and staff development

    • Collaboration and teamwork

    • Adaptability and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director

  • Experience developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures

  • Strong knowledge of ABA industry standards and best practices
