This position is located on-site at our McKinney, TX facility.

As a new Caregiver at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care, you can expect to provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents  health or behavior to the appropriate team members.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Having a year or more of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English.

These essential skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, follow care plans, and document observations accurately. Additionally, being detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
