Raytheon is seeking an Integrated Planning Lead, specific to the Air & Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU), who will be responsible for driving schedule alignment with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders which results in an integrated plan, providing the basis for long term sales and operations execution (S&OE). S&OE gives program managers and value stream leaders the ability to come together and make strategic and tactical decisions about how to collectively run their businesses to optimize customer satisfaction and financial performance.

The Integrated Planning team drives execution efficiency by applying analytics and optimization to system data to support business processes. The successful candidate for this role will take on a challenging opportunity to make an impact directly tied to a top portfolio program. This person will be a highly credible planning resource and drive multiple activities to empower the program to reach development to production rates.

What You Will Do:

* Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and other functional customers

* Maintain & Drive accuracy in Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent Demand

* Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and Planners

* Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories

* Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution

* Coordinate material for various test milestones

* Help develop strategic mitigation plans (MRSP) with the Program and Material Program Managers

* Drive MRP Health data integrity

* Coordinate PRISM set-up for transition to full rate production

* Support and drive program Line of Balance actions

* Support customer-oriented meetings and briefing material

* Communicate data analysis information to plan, control and direct activities and resources

* Set goals to achieve strategic objectives both at the big picture level and tactical operational level

* Be a proactive problem solver through demonstration of creative and critical thinking capabilities

* Filter and distill relevant information from complex datasets into simple messages

* Mediate discussions between stakeholders with varying incentives and arrive at consensus
* Read and evaluate lists of parts required for production work and work with a production planning system.

* Use internal processes to develop financial plans (i.e. AOP, EAC, proposals, etc.).
* This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

* Minimum 8 years relevant experience in engineering, operations, analytics or similar job role.

* Experience in production control, planning, and/or operations.

* Experience performing data analysis.

* Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to gain SAP clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer:
* Experience in ITAR rules and regulation

* Experience with SAP systems or other ERP systems

* Experience with Government and Depot type processes
