The growth of Sanchez & Associates, LLC, a respected and well-established McKinney Land Development and Engineering firm has created an excellent opportunity for a PE and/or EIT(‘s) with commercial, retail, office, multifamily, and/or residential land development experience in Texas. We are looking for the right engineer to manage and grow our service in the DFW area.

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple projects and interact with clients, overseeing and completing project designs involving site planning, streets, drainage, water, wastewater, grading, detention and utility plans.

Requirements:

• Registered Professional Engineer in Texas Or EIT with ability to obtain registration within two years.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree (ABET accredited)
• 3+ years' civil engineering experience, including 2 years' land development.
• Proficient:
  AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel and Project Comprehensive understanding of commercial and residential design and project management.
• Storm
  
  CAD, HEC-HMS and/or Pond Pack experience is a plus.
• Familiar with state and federal regulations related to land development.
• Aware of zoning and subdivision platting processes.
