After-Sales Service Engineer (Chile)
About UsWe are a growing international energy services company actively expanding our operations in Chile to support the rapidly developing local energy storage market. To strengthen our presence in Chile, we are building a local technical and service team based in Chile dedicated to supporting on-site projects across the country and working closely with local and international clients.
Our company specializes in energy storage systems and battery equipment maintenance. Our core technical team comes from leading global energy companies, with extensive experience in battery systems, PCS, BMS, and power operation & maintenance. We currently operate with established teams and infrastructure in California and Texas (USA), providing long-term technical support to major energy storage integrators and power plant developers. This global experience allows us to bring international standards, training, and best practices directly to our Chilean team.
We are looking for passionate, bilingual (English & Spanish) team members who are excited to grow with us and contribute to the early-stage development of our Chile operations.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in on-site commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems
- Support equipment installation, testing, and acceptance under guidance from senior engineers
- Perform routine inspections and assist in preparing service and maintenance reports
- Work on-site at power plants and project locations, including outdoor environments
- Travel frequently to project sites across different regions of Chile
- Communicate clearly and professionally with local and international clients in both English and Spanish
- Respond to after-sales service requests and assist with on-site technical support
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Associate degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required)
- Strong working proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken required)
- No prior battery or energy storage experience required – comprehensive training will be provided
- Any background or exposure to energy storage, batteries, electrical systems, PCS, or BMS is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn how to read basic electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Comfortable with outdoor field work, physical site conditions, and hands-on tasks
- Willing and able to travel frequently and work on-site when required
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset
- Open to recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of work experience
