Position Overview

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, Montessori schools (AMI & AMS), and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Xplor Preschool & School Age is seeking a qualified School Age Teacher to join our School‑Age Program. This is a part‑time position with a salary range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour, located at 3153 S. Stonebridge Drive, McKinney, TX 75070.

• Design and implement interactive, age‑appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co‑teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

• Must be at least 25 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Bus driving (NON‑CDL) required.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
