Braces of McKinney is seeking a motivated, reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join our orthodontic team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting orthodontic procedures, and creating a positive patient experience in a fast‑paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with both children and families in a busy orthodontic practice.

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Take and process dental X‑rays
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• X‑Ray certification
• Experience in orthodontics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional demeanor and reliability
