Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week).

Braces of Mc Kinney is seeking a motivated, reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join our orthodontic team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting orthodontic procedures, and creating a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both children and families in a busy orthodontic practice.

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment.
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification.
• X-Ray certification.
• Experience in orthodontics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
