We are seeking a dependable and organized Travel Logistics Specialist to assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring each trip is planned efficiently. This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure clients receive reliable support throughout the travel planning process.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong customer service while supporting clients throughout the planning experience.
