Laborer Lvl Sub

RPM xConstruction LLC is looking for subcontractors to join our team. Laborers work on construction projects and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris.

• Signals operators on machinery.
• Help the journeymen with any job duties involved in the construction and demolition process.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Controlling traffic passing near work zones.
• May Run the Water Truck
• Perform any other duties related to the job site
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.

• 1+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
