Amazing Prep Academy is a faith-based early learning center serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are committed to nurturing children’s hearts and minds through high-quality care, education, and Christ-centered values.

We are seeking a caring and dependable Child Care Cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for our students. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and passionate about serving children in a faith-driven environment.

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily
• Follow menus, recipes, and state nutritional guidelines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per licensing standards
• Monitor food inventory and submit supply requests
• Safely manage allergies and dietary restrictions
• Support a warm, Christ-centered atmosphere in the kitchen
• Ensure meals are timely, nutritious, and child-friendly
• May possibly substitute in a classroom on occasion

• Previous experience cooking in childcare, school, or a commercial kitchen (preferred)
• Previous childcare experience
• Food Handlers Certificate (can obtain upon hire)
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and food, health and safety practices
• Ability to follow menus and accommodate dietary needs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and alignment with our faith-based mission
• Must pass all state-required background checks

• Part-time position with intent to go full time
• Competitive pay (based on experience)
