** Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:**,
* Dispatching vehicles and jobs to automotive technicians
* Receiving and ordering parts for vehicles that are in the repair approval process
* Entering parts information into work orders
* Counting in house parts inventory
* Initiating and documenting parts returns
* Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors
* Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process
* Perform guest follow up calls
* Shuttle our guest
* Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required
* Potential to move into a Service Writer if desired
* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Must have a valid driver's license.
* Driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.
* Prior computer and customer service experience required.
* Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.
* High school education is a plus.
* Good communication skills and a desire and ability to work with the public.
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.
* Previous experience as a counter person at an auto parts store is a plus.##

Physical Requirements
* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
* Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
