Perform moderately complex clerical and office work, including answering phones, entering data, greeting clients and staff, reviewing staff documentation, and word processing. Additional duties may include managing mail, serving as facility manager for the office, and ordering supplies.

• Complete clerical duties such as data entry, copying, filing, and creating program packets.
• Enter information into local and state databases (e.g., TKIDS, EHR).
• Communicate with health insurance companies for prior authorization and service authorizations.
• Act as a responsible team member, working cooperatively with staff to meet program needs and accept additional duties or projects as needed.
• Cross‑train to cover other support staff responsibilities when required.
• Perform facility manager functions for the office when needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of experience in a medical office, agency, or hospital, with knowledge of scheduling, data entry, and general office duties.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong customer‑service skills and professionalism.
