• Ensure all crew members deliver a WOW customer experience and train them on the B.E.S.T. customer service framework.
• Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front‑end operations, merchandising, equipment maintenance, and store cleanliness, ensuring standards are met.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and serve as acting store manager when necessary.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise all crew members in partnership with the store manager.
• Respond to corporate communications and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform general store maintenance such as cleaning, garbage removal, and stock room upkeep.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Store Manager as required.

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, creative thinking, and composure under pressure.

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs (up to 5‑10 ft height).
• Use ladders to retrieve and store stock.
• Perform physical actions such as kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both in person and by phone.
• Assist customers and manage stock pulls across the floor.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Follow written instructions for merchandise layouts and schedules.
• Maintain an upright stationary position for 80% of the time.
