Location: Remote, but must travel to McHenry, IL office at least 1x per month (local or willing to relocate)

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator with a strong background in large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction projects
. This role combines estimating, bidding, and sales strategy to drive growth across commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal projects.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, and Metal Roofing Systems
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Conduct site visits and scope assessments in the McHenry, IL area
• Manage RFQs/RFPs and lead the full bid process
• Develop relationships with GCs, property managers, and building owners
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations for seamless project handoff

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction estimating & sales experience (roofing or architectural metal preferred)
• Proven success in bidding and winning multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and metal panel systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specs
• Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills
• Willing to travel locally and visit the McHenry office monthly (relocation required if not local)
