You will be providing tier 1 Support to external clients utilizing the company's software, hardware, and services. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company helping the community, this may be the role for you!

Preferred Experience:

• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and networks.
• Knowledge of basic networking comprehension (switching & server knowledge, pinging, configurations)
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
