A growing organization is seeking an Accountant to maintain the general ledger and support financial operations, with some focus on accounts receivable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting and wants to focus on core bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage deposits
• Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of internal reports
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting
• Experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
