We value commitment during our busiest time of year. Competitive hourly wage: starting at $20. Peak performance bonus: earn an extra $600 for successfully completing the peak season Oct 19–Dec 13. Bonus eligibility requires successful attendance and performance throughout the defined peak period.

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, including manual handling of large, heavy goods.
• Be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Use scan technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
• Monitor order management systems to ensure orders are received properly and describe any overage/shortage/damage issues.
• Perform regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate and up to date.
• Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
• Provide input into existing user tools and suggest improvements based on everyday experience.
• Be a vocal contributor on the team and work effectively with peers and managers.
• Identify the most efficient way to complete tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate.
• Able to read and comprehend English to ensure safety of oneself and others.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs unassisted or via team lift.
• Must be able to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker.
• Strong, consistent work ethic.
• Comfort with scanning technology.
• Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
• Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend English to ensure safety of oneself and others.
