Restoration Technician

Summary of Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Required to be drug‑free.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Capable of frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to sustain periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
• Proficient in using mobile devices for data collection and time tracking.

• Attire must be all black (jeans or work pants; no shorts) with long‑sleeve shirts and boots (no tennis shoes).
• No visible piercings. Tattoos must be covered or presentable to ensure a professional appearance when entering properties.
• Personal hygiene is of utmost importance as you will be entering clients’ homes.
• This role involves working with your hands for water, septic, sewer, and mold removal. Gloves, masks, and vests will be provided.
• Please note:
  
  You will be sent home if you do not adhere to the proper attire or hygiene standards, or if you consistently display a negative attitude.
• You must not have strong odors, such as smoke or unpleasant bodily odors.
• Must be able to stay longer if a shift runs over.
