Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
- Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
- Maintain accurate records using Orange theory’s established sales systems
- Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
