Member Frontline Cashier
Join to apply for the Member Frontline Cashier role s role is on the front line of the store, interacting with members throughout the day. Our cashiers play a major role in how members feel in the club and when they leave, sometimes being the first, last, and sometimes only associate a member sees.
Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary:
You will run registers, support members through the self‑checkout experience, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The pace can be especially fast in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. Duties include scanning items, processing payments, maintaining a clean area, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, supporting self‑service technology, processing purchases, handling different membership and payment types, and organizing merchandise.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications- Customer Service experience.
- Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous cashier or frontline associate experience.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- English speaking and reading proficiency.
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
