We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (required).

Experience using Microsoft Windows with the ability to navigate between multiple screens and multitask efficiently (required).

Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the insurance industry (required).

Experience working in a professional office setting (required).

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and take direction from management (required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be well-spoken and able to produce clear, professional, and well-written correspondence. (required).

Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure (required).

Must hold an active Georgia Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines), or be willing to obtain a non-resident license within 90 of employment (required).

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or insurance-related certifications are a plus.
