Position: Customer Service Representative Needed

Overview

Millennium Lighting is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer emails and web chats regarding product-related inquiries. This role focuses on providing timely and accurate support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and assist customers through email and web chat communications.
  • Respond to all customer emails within 24 hours using Zendesk.
  • Engage web customers within 10 seconds of a chat request.
  • Enter orders accurately into SageX

  • Strive for one-touch resolutions to reduce the number of interactions per issue.
  • Work with managers to meet or exceed satisfaction survey goals.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills in resolving complaints and questions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and understand the Customer Relations manual.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of email correspondence experience.
  • 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 2+ years of meaningful customer service-related work experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity.
  • Comfortable adapting to last-minute changes and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Willingness to learn tools like Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or Sage
    100 is a plus.
  • Candidates with warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply.
