- Educates Drivers/Contractors on FMCSA Hours of Service Rules According to FMCSA Section 395.
- Audits Driver’s Logs using provided tools to ensure that all Bennett Drivers/Contractors remain compliant with FMCSA Section 395.
- Supplies Point of Contact Customer Service for Drivers/Contractors inquiries regarding wither driver RODS or ELDs.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Hours of Service Manager.
- Requirements:
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have at least 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful candidate will be computer knowledgeable and proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- 10-Key experience is a must.
