• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical, plumbing, A/C, and heating training required.
• Building maintenance experience required; industrial experience preferred.

• Coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors.
• Repair physical structure (painting, light bulbs).
• Plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc.
• Follow proper procedures and provide timely service to contracted services.
• Ensure proper operations and maintenance of ground sprinkler system, including time regulation.
• Provide feedback to facility coordinators and supervisor.
