• Obtaining necessary authorizations for treatments or procedures in oncology and hematology/oncology specialties.
• Performing general account review tasks with analytical judgment.

• Knowledge of coordination of benefits, subrogation, and related regulations.
• Strong accounting and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and public relations abilities.
• Professionalism and ability to work without complaint.
• Capability to work up to 40 hours per week with no weekend work.
• Experience in oncology or hematology/oncology patient account management preferred.
