The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by selling tires and automotive services, recommending services, explaining product features, and building long‑term loyalty. The role drives sales and profitability, manages repair orders, and maintains a clean and well‑merchandised store in a fast‑paced, high volume retail environment with growth and career opportunities.

• Promptly meet and greet customers
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with customers
• Determine the nature of customer problems; may conduct a road test or visually inspect the vehicle
• Create Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be sold
• Explain warranties, options, pricing, etc. to the customer
• Obtain customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnel
• Review completed repairs or services performed with customers and collect payment

• High School graduate or comparable vocational training
• Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
• Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issues
• Experience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All‑Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctions
• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance
• Retail customer service and customer relations experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Associate in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment
• Tire Manufacturer Sales Skills certification is a plus
