This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in McAllen, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and providing personalized insurance and financial solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, explaining coverage options, generating quotes, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets are key components of the role.

• Sales skills, consultative selling abilities, and a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
• A state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees are a plus
