The Role:
Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive our continued growth by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. You'll work with high-profile clients to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to the growth of our business in a meaningful way.

What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue Growth:
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, sourced mostly by Eve Legal, while consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets - Become a Trusted Advisor:
Develop a deep understanding of our customer's challenges and desired outcomes to effectively illustrate how Eve can help achieve such outcomes - Lead Strategic Engagement:
Navigate complex sales processes that require strategic thinking and tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value delivery - Influence Market Direction:
Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and client needs, helping to shape Eve's product roadmap
Who We're Looking For:
- A proven performer with sales experience as a Sales Development Rep, Account Manager, or Inside Sales Rep selling SaaS to mid-market organizations
- Skilled in consultative selling with the ability to engage in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic in mindset, comfortable navigating sales cycles and developing account plans to drive sustained business growth
- An exceptional relationship builder with key decision-makers
- Driven and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Resilient and gritty - you see challenges as opportunities
- Intellectually curious - you ask the questions others don't think to ask
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales playbooks that drive effective and repeatable outcomes
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
