What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through various communication methods
  • Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical thinking abilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic pharmaceutical sales
  • Familiarity with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
  • Proven track record of success in complex sales environments
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced settings
