- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through various communication methods
- Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical thinking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic pharmaceutical sales
- Familiarity with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
- Proven track record of success in complex sales environments
- Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced settings
