• This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Safety First – transport team members to and from inventory events safely, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred.
• No inventory experience? No problem – we will train the rest.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• We encourage applications from candidates who have no degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce, have military experience, or have reliable transportation.

• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 3 years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
