The Key Lead – La Plaza is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

• Schedule will vary weekly, expecting at least 12–16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
• During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• No prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, and fashion trend knowledge.
• Outgoing, assertive, adaptable, flexible, stress tolerant, poised, ambitious, multi‑tasking, and strong learning ability.
• Work ethic and omni‑channel services awareness.
