The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

• Meet company sales goals using sales techniques and product communication, recommend merchandise, and help locate items.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, visual standards, and merchandising handling.
• Adhere to visual directives for monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Model MAPS principles, ensure prompt resolution of concerns, and deliver efficient register experience.
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout, meet add‑on goals including gift card sales, and enroll customers in the reward program.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and wardrobe management.
• Support replenishment, visual displays, window changes, signage, and boutique cleanliness.
• Promote inclusive teamwork, seek development opportunities, and provide feedback.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Regular attendance essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

• Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of a 8‑hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs – 1‑33% of a 8‑hour shift.
• Frequent climbing – 34‑66% of a 8‑hour shift.
