Our client is seeking a Mid‑Level Research Program Manager to advance research and technology transfer activities within the industry.

Role

Summary:

As a Research Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading programs and collaborations, identifying and prioritizing research activities, building collaborative relationships, and managing the implementation of research projects to drive innovation and technological advancements.

• Lead efforts to identify and prioritize research and technology transfer activities.
• Build collaborative relationships to advance research and technology transfer initiatives.
• Manage the implementation of programs to evaluate, fund, and complete research projects.
• Oversee the integration and transfer of research advances into the marketplace.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the success of research programs and collaborations.

MUST‑Have Skills and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in research program management.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
