Charlie Clark Auto Group is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will ensure our social media channels stay active, engaging, and aligned with our brand by coordinating posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting the production of content across our dealership locations.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll collaborate with the media team, coordinate social media campaigns, and ensure content is scheduled and optimized for performance. - Coordinate and schedule posts across social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels and respond or route inquiries as appropriate
- Moderate live chats and social media interactions during live streams, ensuring professional and timely engagement with viewers
- Assist in planning and organizing social media campaigns
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Track social media performance and engagement
Coordinate media team content to ensure timely posting of content - Maintain social media calendars and posting schedules
- Assist with brainstorming and developing new content ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, early mornings, and weekends as required
- Support coverage of events and community outreach initiatives when needed
- 1–2 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization required
- Applicants must provide examples of social media accounts they have professionally managed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Strong skill in social media and digital communication
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting is required
- Graphic design or content editing experience is a plus
- One to two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
