A company is looking for a Broker Service Specialist to support the Ancillary Center of Excellence team.
Responsibilities- Assist outside brokers with the renewal process, including communications and application distribution
- Support new group implementation by coordinating communications and application submissions
- Utilize quoting tools to complete and coordinate quotes and proposals for new and renewal business
- 2+ years of applicable job experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred
