Job Overview
This position serves as a liaison between operations, IT, and management, ensuring the optimal use of IQMS across all departments. The role drives continuous improvement in system utilization and is key to aligning system capabilities with business needs, improving productivity, and supporting cross‑functional teams in using IQMS to its full potential.
Responsibilities- Act as an internal advocate for the ERP, ensuring effective use of IQMS across all departments.
- Serve as the primary expert for all inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimization related to IQMS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process gaps and implement ERP‑based solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide hands‑on training and documentation for new users and system updates.
- Support data integrity, system audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and documentation of changes.
- Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when advanced support is required.
- Travel to the Reynosa facility as required to support site‑specific operations.
- Perform any other activity necessary to meet current company needs.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; process‑oriented and results‑focused; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Technical
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in production planning, inventory, and quality modules.
Technical proficiency with SQL or scripting languages (preferred).
EducationBachelors
Experience1‑4 years
Qualifications- University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with IQMS (Delmia Works) in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven background in data analysis, reporting tools, and system configuration.
Working hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Travel:
Ability to travel to the Reynosa facility is required to support site‑specific operations.
