Zoho Corp., is recruiting 15 recent-graduates for the 6-month training program at our McAllen office (601 North Main Street, McAllen, TX 78501). Please note, this is not a remote position. The start date is Jun 02, 2026. This role is dedicated to supporting Zoho One—our flagship all-in-one operating system for business. Zoho One brings together 50+ integrated apps that help organizations run everything from sales, marketing, and finance to HR, operations, and customer support.

Be an advocate for Zoho One solutions across all areas of business operations, including customer acquisition, finance, HR, support (Desk), and analytics.

Talk to Business owners (Managers, Process Owners) and partners to understand requirements, and recommend the right Zoho One solution in tandem with Account Managers.

Analyze client needs and recommend technical solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations to customers.

Create and present solutions for customers in many industries including retail, health care, education, transport.

Be a customer voice to the product teams and advocate on features, functionality and usability changes that improves customer satisfaction.

• Recent college graduate (or within the last 3 yrs), - 2 year degree and a relevant certification(s) or a 4 year degree.
• Attention to detail and excellent active listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple Zoho product teams and customers.
• Strong thirst for technical know-how and curiosity to learn the business processes.

The hours are normal business hours in the office, and the start date is Jun 02, 2026.

The starting pay will be $50,000. All full-time, permanent employees are eligible for Zoho's full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
