Responsibilities
Lead Occupational Therapist (OTR) evaluates, assesses, treats, educates, plans, and utilizes exercises and occupational therapy modalities for individuals limited by physical injury, illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, or developmental/learning disability. Provides program management and development support. Travel may be required between facilities.
Qualifications- Required to travel as needed.
- Membership in professional organization preferred.
- Must demonstrate commitment to STHS Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Licensure in Texas as Occupational Therapist.
- Three or more years of clinical experience as Licensed OT.
- Maintain current BLCS certification per unit‑specific needs.
