Job Title:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-time/PRN

• Assess and Treat:
  Conduct assessments, develop, and revise treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Documentation & Communication:
  Complete clinical notes and communicate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Supervision &
  
  Education:
  
  Supervise assistants and educate patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team on therapy techniques.
• Infection Control:
  Ensure safe care by following infection control protocols.
• Compliance &
  
  Education:
  
  Meet continuing education requirements and participate in quality improvement programs. Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Active Texas state license as a speech-language pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current Texas driver’s license.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, prioritize and manage time effectively. Strong clinical assessment, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills required & light typing preferred for timekeeping and documentation.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Availability for after-school hours, starting at 3:30 PM and continuing into the evening
