Flexologist

• Fitness certification required
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to attendance policies
• Passion for boutique fitness environment, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor
• Experience providing hands-on training in a fitness/health setting
• Ability to create a welcoming environment, excellent communication skills, and empathy
• Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve goals
• Availability for 20 hours of online work, a 2-day Flexologist Training Program, and in-person/hands-on training

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions
• Build membership and retain clients through sales and outreach
• Manage client care, update notes, and schedule recurring appointments
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies
• Attend staff meetings and educational sessions
• Handle member concerns
• Assist with studio tours and sales
• Maintain social media presence for client engagement and retention

Position:

As a Flexologist, you will provide assisted stretches and lead group classes. Stretching is ancient, but Stretch Lab has redefined it.
