As a Surgical Technologist Extern, you will gain hands‑on surgical experience by working alongside a highly skilled team. Under the guidance of the Circulating RN and experienced surgical staff, you will assist throughout the surgical process, ensuring the suite remains clean, organized, and focused on patient safety.

• Assist in patient care by preparing and performing tasks under the supervision of an RN Charge Nurse.
• Provide assistance during emergency, elective, and scheduled procedures.
• Work as a team player to meet the needs of the Surgical Services team.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
