Experienced Inpatient APP Rio Grande Valley

HNI Healthcare and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are currently seeking experienced, inpatient, Advanced Practice Providers for new rounding hospital medicine positions.

About This Opportunity

• 320-bed, Level III Trauma Center.
• 7-on / 7-off schedule
• 5 physicians & 1 APP rounding days; 1 physician rounding nights.
• Swing Shift - 2pm - 2am
• Premium salary, including profit sharing and comprehensive benefits package with 401k
• No procedures required.
• Open ICU with support of Intensivists and Pulmonologists 24 hours a day
• EMR
  - Meditech

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

• Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
• Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.

• Acute Care Certified (Preferred)
• Inpatient Experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
• Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
