Overview

HNI Healthcare and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are recruiting an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our hospitalist team.

This opportunity:

• 320-bed Level III Trauma Facility
• 7 on/ 7 off schedule 6p-6a
• Open ICU w/Intensivist coverage
• Rounding 5 physicians daily; 1 physician at night
• No procedures
• Premium compensation including incentive bonus, commencement bonus, and profit sharing
• Comprehensive full-time benefits package, including malpractice, CME, 401K, etc.

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

• Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
• Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
• Desire to be a part of an organization committed to excellence.
• Ability to provide a full scope of inpatient hospitalist services.
• Board Certified MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in FM or IM (preferred).
• Experience as a Hospitalist is Required
• Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
• Current, unrestricted federal, and as-needed state, prescriptive authority.
