General Dentist - Full‑Time | W2 Employed | McAllen, TX
Backed by one of the nation’s largest DSOs. Practice in McAllen, TX—a fast‑growing city in the Rio Grande Valley with year‑round sunshine, affordable living, and a supportive dental team environment.
Position Details- W2 Employed Position
- Full‑time schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Solo General Dentist role
- Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience required
- Goal: 15 patients per day
- Hygienist on‑site for clinical support
- Daily guarantee: $900/day
- Tiered production bonus: 25%–28% (you earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production; must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate the percentage)
- Benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; 40 hours paid sick time; free internal CE courses; relocation bonus (TBD)
- Active Texas dental license (or willing to wait for licensure)
- At least 1 year of general dentistry experience
- Ability to work independently with support staff
