Job Summary

Answer incoming switchboard calls from the public/customers and route them as requested. Be able to adapt easily to a changing work environment. Utilize troubleshooting and decision making skills to resolve questions. Take on corporate assignments as assigned.

  • Process incoming calls, obtains necessary information to transfer calls to department, personnel and/or extension.
  • Provides administrative support to call center department by distributing information, documents, and other materials as needed.
  • Correspond with our customers through inbound or outbound calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Meet quality and performance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of bank record and documents.
SKILLS
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate easily on basic computer functions.
  • Good customer service orientation skills.
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone‑based customer interaction.
  • Flexible to work schedule.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months in an office environment with some receptionist experience desired.
