We are a thriving coffee shop & roastery looking for a creative Tik Tok creator to join our team. As our social media creator assistant, you will be responsible for producing engaging content that showcases our coffee shop and its products.

Your job duties will include creating short-form videos that highlight our coffee, pastries, and other menu items, as well as our cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Keep abreast of current social media trends and adapt content accordingly, ensuring the brand remains relevant and engaging. Track, analyze, and report on social media analytics to determine content efficacy and adjust strategy as necessary. Stay updated with the ever-evolving features of the social media landscape, integrating new tools and strategies as appropriate.

You will work closely with our marketing manager to develop concepts for videos that will resonate with our target audience, and to ensure that all content aligns with our brand identity and values.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for coffee and social media, as well as experience creating engaging content for social media platforms. You should be comfortable on camera and have a talent for storytelling, as well as a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
