Job Overview

The Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and organized shopping experience. This hands‑on, customer‑facing position involves supporting daily store operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting leadership to keep the store running efficiently. Team Members work closely with Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager to ensure bins are stocked, the store is clean and safe, and customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

Team Members provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service while assisting customers with questions, directions, and general store needs. They support daily store operations by helping with bin flips, stocking, cleaning, and staging merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift. Team Members follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, communicate issues, concerns, or customer feedback to store leadership, assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned, support team members and leadership during busy periods, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a positive, customer‑focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed. Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks during shifts is also important.
