Maintenance Worker Helper; MVO NA-

This position is located at McAllester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma.

• Works under general supervision and is provided work assignments, direction, policies, guidelines, quality of work expected. deadlines, and priorities.
• Maintains Park picnic and pavilion recreational area.
• Performs daily cleaning and policing of recreational facilities and areas within the park.
• Assists in setting‑up, maintenance, and takedown of all special planned programs/events.
• Provides assistance to patrons by answering questions about the facilities, giving directional information, setting up camping/party/playground areas and equipment.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.

• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.
• Must successfully complete a post Defensive Driving course and maintain a current valid drivers license.
• A physical is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
